| May 23, 2008 | LFCCs begin receiving appeals within seven (7) business days of the date of receipt of the initial LFCC decision or fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the decision was mailed, whichever is earlier. |

| June 16, 2008 | Deadline for decisions by LFCC on all local organization appeals. |
