Southern Mississippi Community

Hurricanes have devastated the Southern Mississippi area in the recent past. Many people lost everything they owned and some are still living in temporary shelters/housing or have outside of the area. The devastation continues to affect the charitable community in Southern Mississippi that provides many services to those in need. We are proud to continue to offer Federal employees whose permanent duty stations are located within the boundaries of the Southern Mississippi CFC (counties include Covington, Forrest, George, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, and Stone) the opportunity to help charities continue to rebuild their operations and provide services to those people affected in the area at this significant time of need.
